If having to complete a Captcha form just to sign in to a site wasn’t annoying enough, I had to contend with this extreme example on a popular social networking site. The characters are just about legible (often they’re not), but even choosing to refresh and display a new image consistently presented me with an equally frustrating task! Way to annoy your users, potentially never to return!
